The order that protects the room
- Demolition. Old fixtures and surfaces come out and we look at what is behind them.
- Rough plumbing and electrical. Lines are moved or updated while the walls are open.
- Backer and waterproofing. Wet areas are prepared and sealed before any tile goes on.
- Tile and flooring. Surfaces are set in the order that keeps edges clean.
- Vanity, fixtures and ventilation. The visible pieces go in last, with a fan that moves moisture out of the house.
